About NBK: A football club in the heart of Knarvik. NBK is a value-driven football club that serves about 1100 children, youths, and adults with a wide range of football activities. With a strong focus on social responsibility, we have Star Teams, Street Teams, Friendship Clubs, and a dedicated inclusion fund to ensure that everyone, regardless of economic, physical, or social background, can participate and thrive in our community.
About the Project – NBK Summer Camp 2024: We are organizing a total of 4 weeks of summer camp.
Gjensidige summer camp is from July 1 to July 5 and July 8 to July 12 BUFDIR summer camp is from August 5 to August 8 and August 12 to August 14
Both camps are completely free for the participants. The goal is to include children and youths between the ages of 7 and 14, and give them a chance to develop through various activities. This will be a summer filled with achievement, joy, and memorable experiences.
Job Opportunities: We are looking for engaged and motivated youths between the ages of 15 and 24 for summer jobs at our camp. This is a unique opportunity for many to experience their first encounter with the working world.
Tasks:
Planning daily activities.
Marketing the camp, especially through social media.
Functioning as instructors and guides for the participants.
Purchasing and preparing daily meals for the participants.
Daily evaluation and adjustments of the camp program.
Guidance and Supervision: Jørgen Larsen, our Academy and Event Manager, will be the primary mentor for all youths at work. There will be daily evaluation meetings to ensure quality and to provide space for personal and professional development.
Accommodation and Salary:
We aim to accommodate youths with various needs:
Linguistic and social adaptations to include youths with minority backgrounds.
Economic measures such as free transportation and no requirements for personal equipment.
Accessibility measures to ensure that youths with disabilities can perform work at the camps.
Salary in accordance with the club's rates.
